2. Information We Collect

Account details: your name, business name, email address, mobile number where you give one, and your plan.

Financial data you connect: bank and card transactions, balances and account names, read through a third party aggregator under the permissions you grant.

Documents you send us: receipts and invoices you forward or upload, and the text we read from them.

Corrections you make: the categories you change, which the software learns from.

Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We receive the last four digits and the status of a charge, never the full card number.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and actions taken in the app.

3. How We Use Information

To file transactions, match receipts, reconcile balances and produce your books.

To improve how accurately the software categorises transactions for your business.

To take payment, manage your subscription and send service messages about your account.

To provide support when you contact us.

To keep the service secure and to detect misuse.

4. SMS Messaging and Data Sharing

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, we use it to send recurring automated account notification text messages about your account and your service. These are account notifications and not marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with the providers that make the service work, which are our bank data aggregator, our payment processor, our hosting provider and our support and messaging tools, each only to the extent needed for their function. We share information where the law requires it. We do not sell your financial data and we do not share it for third party advertising.

6. Data Retention

We keep your books and documents while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends so you can export them, then delete them on request or on our normal schedule. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as that requires.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it for their work, and bank connections are held as revocable tokens rather than as stored credentials you give us.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Disconnect any bank or card account from your settings at any time.

Export your books and documents at any time.

Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing support@pruvon.com.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.

9. Children

The software is sold to businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@pruvon.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the software changes. The current version is always posted at https://pruvon.com/privacy-policy.
