Pruvon
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pruvon bookkeeping software and the pruvon.com website. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them. Please read the billing and cancellation section closely, because subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

2. Nature of Services
Pruvon is bookkeeping software. It connects to the bank and card feeds you authorise, files transactions to accounts in your chart of accounts, matches receipts you forward to the payments they belong to, reconciles balances, and produces a trial balance and financial statements you can hand to your accountant. Account connections are viewed only. Pruvon does not hold, receive, transmit or disburse your funds, does not prepare or file tax returns, and is not a certified public accounting firm. Output is software output and is not investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose records you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the credentials used to reach your account, and for reviewing what the software files before relying on it. One subscription covers the companies stated in your plan.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
Plans, prices and billing periods are as follows. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price, until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
A refund is available within 14 days of a first paid subscription or of an annual renewal, on request to support@pruvon.com.
You keep access to export your books for 30 days after a subscription ends.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to access.
Do not use the software to record transactions you know to be false.
Do not resell, sublicense or provide the software as a service to third parties without our written agreement.
Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.
6. Intellectual Property and License to Use the Software
The software, its interface and its underlying models remain ours. Your subscription grants you a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the software for your own business while your plan is active. Your financial records and the documents you upload remain yours, and you may export them at any time.
7. Financial and Accounting Disclaimer
Pruvon produces bookkeeping records from the data you connect and the corrections you make. It is software, not an accountant, and it is not a certified public accounting firm. It does not perform audits, reviews or compilations, and it does not prepare, sign or transmit tax returns. Nothing the software produces is investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing your books and for the filings you or your advisers make from them.
8. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated account notification text messages about your account and your service at that number. These are account notifications, not marketing.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from [INSERT SHORT CODE]. For assistance, reply HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE], call (888) 338-7174, or email support@pruvon.com.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

9. Third Party Services and Data Sources
The software connects to bank and card data through third party aggregators and processes payments through a third party payment processor. Those providers operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or their acts. We do not sell your financial data.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every transaction will be categorised correctly, or that the records it produces will meet every requirement your accountant, lender or tax authority applies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts serving Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the software changes. The current version is always posted at https://pruvon.com/terms. Continued use of the software after an update means the updated Terms apply to that use.
